This small restaurant serving salads, green cuisine and healthy dishes is located in the heart of Thamel, on the^3rd floor of a small shopping center invisible from the street. A refreshing little green haven with floor-to-ceiling green plants, and cool tables outside but in the shade on a covered terrace. The Forest salad (kale, lettuce, broccoli, avocado, grapes, pear, spinach, red onion and a lemon sauce with cranberries, sesame and sunflower seeds) is delicious, as are the small sesame chicken snacks and homemade lemonade.

Attention vegetarians and vegans! Here's an address with you in mind. In this restaurant, whose walls are decorated with frescoes drawn in a "hype" style, you can enjoy specialties from all over the world: Asian, Himalayan, Italian, Oriental and even Turkish. Meals are served seated on cushions and around low tables. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service meticulous. A fashionable place where jam sessions are sometimes organized, where you won't necessarily come across many Nepalese (or at least only the golden youth).

It's easy to spot with its green bicycle supporting flowerpots and its pretty garden where the tables are laid out. Definitely the place to enjoy a good crêpe, just like in Brittany!
