Foodies beware! This cooking school offers courses with experienced chefs to teach you how to cook the essentials of Nepalese cuisine: momos, but also Mushroom Choiya, a kind of vegetarian spicy mushroom stew, Thukpa soup or the traditional Dhal Bat. Several formulas are proposed: a simple cooking class followed by a tasting, or a visit to the local markets to learn how to choose the right ingredients used in Nepalese cuisine with transport by rickshaw.
