Business-oriented hotel near the WCCM convention center, with comfortable, mid-priced rooms and spa, buffet breakfast.

Opened in 2015 by the Van der Valk group (present in Nivelles and Charleroi), this hotel is part of the renewal of the area around Mons' future train station. Adjacent to the WCCM convention center, it is business-oriented, but offers high-comfort rooms at medium prices, a high-standard buffet breakfast, and a relaxing spa (massages, sauna, hammam). Its restaurant, Le Quai 5, serves Belgian-French cuisine in an equally elegant setting.

L'hôtel est bien et mal situé. Bien situé car proche du centre ville et du nouveau centre de congrès et mal situé car au alentour c'est entouré de pas mal de travaux.
Réaménagement des voieries et de la gare (juste en face).
L'hôtel est luxueux et neuf avec un petit bémol pour le restaurant où si le service est impeccable, la nourriture pourrait être meilleur...
