Chef Eric gives us a taste of 16 typical little ovens/courses from the Pike Place market, which also tells his story. We enjoyed the small German sausages, and seafood cream, balsamic vinegar with white truffle, dried fruit, Greek yogurt, and especially smoked Alaska salmon. The visit entitles you to discounts on the stands visited.
