Famous hotel on the shores of Lake Louise that has become the symbol of Quebec City.
On the shores of the lake and composed of 500 rooms, the castle is a real star in the North American hotel industry. It was built between the late 19th and early 20th centuries by the Canadian Pacific Railway. It was supposed to be the western equivalent of the Château Frontenac, the famous hotel that became the symbol of Quebec City. Several fires during the 20th century destroyed some of the building's wings, all of which were later rebuilt.
