Park with views of the Keanae Peninsula and hiking trails, ideal for a picnic, whale watching spot.

Kaumahina State Wayside park offers a small picnic stop with tables and toilets. Nice view of the Keanae Peninsula. If you have planned your breakfast to go (or the famous banana bread of the Hana road), this could be the ideal place to enjoy it. Especially since in season it is a whale watching spot, so bring your binoculars. Several small hiking trails allow you to discover the park and its plants.
