Here is a surprising address in Hawaii! Brigit and Bernard offer a clever mix of German and Swiss cuisine, with recipes adapted to local products. The favorite of the locals: the chicken Schnitzel and the beer. Also worth trying is the "Zueri Gschnetzlets" with meat simmered in a mushroom sauce accompanied by rosti.
