Reservations recommended. For fans of sushi and for those who enjoy multicultural cuisine, Sansei Seafood is the place to be. The restaurant has also won awards for its crab cake with ginger and coriander, which is a treat. But the cherry on top of the sushi is the karaoke, every Thursday and Friday night, from 10pm to 1am, and Japanese style please! The menu is also available in take away formula to enjoy your meal on the beach facing the sea. Other addresses in Kihei and Waikiki.
