LA'ALOA BAY BEACH PARK - WHITE SANDS BEACH

A nice white sand beach, as its name suggests, sheltered by coconut trees. A very good spot for boogie-boarders and diving fans. Beware of the many rocks when entering the water. The beach is also known as "magic sand beach" or "disappearing sand beach" because in winter the swell washes away the sand and leaves only a rocky lava beach. The sand then gradually finds its way back to reconstitute a beautiful beach each summer.
