To eat healthy and avoid gluten as much as possible, Shine should be included in the "carnet gourmand". 90% of the menu is organic and/or comes from local farms, not forgetting that the cuisine here is entirely herbal, or almost entirely herbal. Healthy bowls such as couscous and falafel or Asian noodle bowls, black bean burger, portobello mushroom sandwich, etc. Everything is fresh and really succulent.
