In tribute to the creation of the country in 1867, where the name of the restaurant, you will enjoy a cuisine inspired by our traditions and products from home: British Columbia salmon, beef from Alberta, lamb from Ontario, mussels from Prince Edward Island, Putin and smoked meat to Quebec… A journey to the heart of Canadian flavours, all dressed with finesse by Chef Ian Thompson, recipient of many awards. As added value, musical performances are presented in the evening on Fridays and Saturdays.
