It is originally the oldest cafe in Amarillo. It opened in 1946 and became also a cantina and concert hall in 1996, after several changes of owners. Its burgers and chilis have made its reputation but the establishment is also very popular for its live music nights. Consult the website to know the program. This is an excellent address that has kept the spirit of its creators and of The Mother Road.
