This large and noisy restaurant is used as a canteen for cowboys who come to sell and buy their cattle. The atmosphere is extremely friendly. Everybody knows each other or almost. Cowboys are mixed with all professional categories. Generally speaking, you have to like meat because, apart from a few fries and omelettes (delicious by the way), the house does not offer much. On the other hand, the drinks are served in containers of mind-boggling proportions.
