You'll see them in every major city in Texas: a bar on wheels where passengers party... while riding their bikes. A really weird concept, but it works! The locals love it, and it's a great opportunity to drink with friends while riding through the city. The tradition is that the passengers dress up. So don't be surprised to see six Elvis Presleys on board the rolling bar, or cowgirls in pink Stetsons! A bartender is on hand, serving you whatever you want while you pedal.
