On the main street of the Stockyards, this traditional restaurant cultivates the western atmosphere of the neighborhood, with its aged wood floors, saloon tables and chairs, and stuffed bull or buffalo heads hanging on the wall. The food is simple and robust, mostly steak. Burgers and smoked beef are the highlights of the menu, as well as some very good barbecue. The portions are really gigantic and served on large cast iron dishes, accompanied by excellent fries and grilled corn. An authentic address.
