Already present in Dallas, this small chain of steakhouses has set up shop in Fort Worth, in the Downtown area. The company follows very strict rules when it comes to beef selection. Any parts that might not be tender are examined by an expert before being served. As with most steakhouses in the country, portion sizes range from 265 grams (9 oz) to 475 grams (16 oz). Some fish and shrimp dishes are also on the menu, but that's not really why you go there.
