This is Fort Worth's favorite vegetarian spot. The most popular sandwich is the grilled tofu sandwich. Okay, die-hard carnivores might cringe, but honestly, it's not bad at all. And then, every once in a while, not eating T-Bone for breakfast is a change from everyday Texas life! As the menu explains, the house is careful to select its products "organically, whenever possible". It remains to be seen how far this is possible. We recommend very good sandwiches and burgers that melt in your mouth.
