It's the kind of restaurant that you'd think would only exist in Quentin Tarantino's movies. This one, with its white one-story storefront and big letters carved on the window, is "The" reference for hamburger fans in Fort Worth. Originally, it was a grocery store, until one day in 1966, after 20 years in business, its manager decided to prepare hamburgers with the surplus meat and sell them. The success was immediate and has been growing ever since. And the meat is even better nowadays.
