When it opened in 1935, the restaurant had only 15 seats. Today, the owner assures that a thousand people can sit there at the same time. The dimensions have changed, and many tables are set up outside. The menu, on the other hand, has changed very little. Mexican food aficionados from Texas come here specifically to devour the house enchiladas , a dish consisting of a filled tortilla rolled up and covered with a spicy sauce. Many Fort Worth residents like to come here for brunch.
