Small motel with a family atmosphere offering rooms in rustic cabins, very well appointed. Close to downtown.

If you're looking for a motel rather than a ranch, this one is a good option, in an atmosphere that remains all the more rustic and Texas. The Vaquero Motel offers seven different cabins, each with its own porch and chairs, in a traditional architectural style. The interiors are made of wood, with very well appointed bathrooms and rooms. This motel is a good option for those looking to be closer to town than being isolated in the wilderness, just a few minutes walk from the great stores and restaurants of Bandera.

Super sympa
L'emplacement déjà est super, on peut voir toute la ville de Bandera à pieds (ça change!) et se promener au city park juste en face. Le bungalow est sympa, style western avec une belle déco. Tout le conforte nécessaire + des petites attentions. En revanche le prix est assez élevé car ça reste un motel.

Attention ne pas y aller durant le weekend de Pâques !!
La moitié des cabines étaient louées pour les 3 nuits à des clients qui ont célébrés Pâques à grand renfort de bières et de hurlements sur la place central du motel jusqu'à 4h du matin. En cas de pb il n'y a personne sur place, charge à vous d'appeler le sheriff. Bien que manifestement au courant de la pratique, la propriétaire a annulé le remboursement qui nous avait été accordé par le manager.
