Another hybrid establishment, between a restaurant, a bar and a café. The Liberty Bar is a favorite of locals, who come to this pink building, a former convent of the city, to drink a European, Mexican or American beer, a cider or a glass of red wine. It's also a great restaurant, where you can dine in the casual atmosphere of South Alamo Street. They are famous for their homemade fettuccine and sourdough pizzas. For an early morning meal, you have to go there to enjoy a great brunch, with beautiful omelets.
