BATTALION

Located in a restored firehouse (with a pole) in downtown Southtown, Battalion offers fine Italian cuisine. The grilled mackerel and red meat dishes are succulent, but the handmade pasta dishes, such as lasagna, fettuccine and spaghetti, are the real stars of the menu. Some of the dishes are served in small portions, so you can order more than one, much like tapas. Their wine selection is also very good, with some great high-end cocktails as well.
