ENCHANTED ROCK STATE NATURAL AREA

This park is known for its huge pink granite rock, 130 m high and covering an area of 2.5 km². Many activities are possible, including camping, climbing, hiking... The road leading to it is absolutely beautiful: here are the lost hills of the Hill Country, far from the tourist overload of Fredericksburg. In the park, the most famous hike, the Summit Trail, goes up to the top of the rock. If you can be a little alone, it's pretty magical.
