This bavarois restaurant is flanked by a large tower reminiscent of German castles. The whole thing is enormous. With its wooden furniture, photos and other gadgets displayed on the wall, you would almost think in southern Germany. This is the kind of restaurant that contributes greatly to making gastronomy one of the beautiful surprises of Texas. Please note that Friedhelm's is also a Bed & Breakfast. Rooms with a little kitsch are for rent.
