Although it's a small national chain, True Food Kitchen is still a very good healthy option in Austin. And for that matter, it's really healthy ! It offers a seasonal cuisine (so with a changing menu), always fresh, inventive and well prepared, vegetarian but not only: salads, sandwiches, rice and noodle bowls, but also tasty chicken and fish dishes for those who want. Moreover, the menu is very varied in terms of culinary inspiration, ranging from Japanese ramen to good pizza.
