Much like Franklin's, at La Barbecue, it's best to come early to sample the melt-in-your-mouth meats patiently prepared in the back of the food truck. The truck serves meat - beef, pork and turkey - sold by weight, alone or arranged in a sandwich. Once you've picked up your victuals, at the cost of a patience-testing line, sit down in the shade for an authentic carnivorous tasting session! Be careful, it's delicious, and unfortunately not well adapted to vegetarians... It is important to accompany your meat with mac'n'cheese.
