Just like Franklin's at La Barbecue, it's better to come early to taste the meats patiently prepared in the back of the food truck. Installed since 2012 on a small gravel pitch strewn with beer capsules, the truck serves meat - beef, pork and turkey - sold by weight, alone or arranged in sandwich. Once the victuals are recovered, at the price of a queue that will test your patience, sit on the picnic tables in the shade of trees for a genuine carnivorous tasting session! Careful, it's delicious.
