The East Side Bus Plaza is the bus station where you can find companies like Greyhound and Flixbus. Greyhound being the cheapest, you can get tickets between Austin and several other major cities for very affordable prices. That said, it's still a bit uncomfortable, with almost automatic delays. To go to Dallas, count about 30 US$. To go to Houston, count about 33 US$. To go to San Antonio, count about 13 US$. Flixbus prices are quite similar, and sometimes the ride is a little more comfortable.
