This is one of the best restaurants in Galveston, opened by Francisco Vargas, aka Paco. His fish and seafood dishes, with South American influences, grilled to perfection, tickle the taste buds. The wines, which Paco often offers personally at each table, add to the great pleasure of this excellent meal. We recommend the jumbo shrimp(camarones) with Creole sauce, or the tuna with jalapeño sauce, and for the carnivores, why not enjoy a filet mignon also with jalapeño sauce?
