RAGIN' CAJUN

It's said that Houston marks the beginning of Cajun Country, or the Cajun region, culturally associated with the state of Louisiana. One of its great classics is the Po'Boy Sandwich, short for "poor boy sandwich". Born in New Orleans, this sandwich contains typically Cajun ingredients such as fried catfish, shrimp or crab, and in some restaurants even fried alligator! A great place to experience the culinary culture of the American South.
