One of those restaurants that make Houston the taste capital of the American South. Brennan's serves delicious Creole cuisine, inspired by Louisiana and the southern spirit so prevalent in Texas. They also have an address in the old French Quarter of New Orleans. On the menu, a lot of seafood, seasoned and spiced with talent, but also other surprising flavors, such as the green apple salad with spices or the Gulf fish with pecans. The whole thing is a miracle for the taste buds.
