Ninfa's is a very popular Mexican restaurant in Houston, named after the famous Mama Ninfa Laurenzo and which keeps a family spirit. The menu is rich, so that it is difficult to choose among the typical Mexican dishes: tamales, enchiladas, tacos, margaritas... and the specialties of the house. One of the highlights is the famous tacos al carbon, the dish that has made the reputation of Ninja's since the 1970's: the meat is cooked on coals, hence the name.
