This Downtown restaurant is located right next to the Convention Center, and therefore hosts many private events. Large bay windows let pleasant light into this restaurant, which seeks to renew its culinary offering while always striving for improvement. The result is a rediscovery of traditional American cuisine, revised and corrected by the chefs. The desserts, which fuse flavors and culinary influences from around the world, are surprisingly inventive. The restaurant also offers a gourmet happy hour from Tuesday to Friday!
