Terrible. Had a bad experience. Under bathroom sink, all water pipes were on floor and tools beside them. Drano was on counter. I left to find another hotel.

Very dated and in need of repair. Best part was Tish the bartender.

Make sure you don’t need to cancel your reservation, they will refuse to refund for any reason. This is a predatory business that does not value its customers.

We driove in from Texas for New Years Eve and an employee from this hotel, the employee who cleaned room 228 on Jan 1st 2024 didn’t turn in what she found in the room to lost and found! I accidentally left a bag containing new black boots, my New Years Eve dress, and pj’s in the room. I called the hotel a few hours later, once we arrived home and was informed that nothing had been turned in by the housekeeping staff! We drove to the hotel from Texas, and when we checked out drove straight home, I know I left the bag right next to the bed, I forgot to grab it and the staff kept my belongings. Sleep well at this hotel just make sure you don’t forget anything….

We went to the casino and came back at About 11:45 PM on Saturday night. The front desk clerk rudely asked me what room I am in. I don’t think anything of it so I tell her my room number. She asked me did I fill out a form that told her that I had a service animal. I told her no, no one said I needed to fill out any form. I’ll be happy to fill it out now if it needed.
She then proceeds to look at the security guard who is there, and tell us to kindly vacate the premises. I asked her what are you talking about. She goes you have a dog, we are not dog friendly. You have to leave now.
I tried to explain to her that nobody provided a form and I’ve been here for the last two days going in and out of the hotel she refused to listen to one word I said and said I have to leave immediately. I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to let me speak to the manager, saying that he’s going to tell you the same thing..
things got heated, they threatened to call the police so my wife called the police. And the police promptly showed up.
he asked why he was called, I told him in a bit of an annoyed voice that they’re trying to kick us out.
he asked the front desk, so where is this form?
She has it to him, he has it to me. He says fill this out. I proceeded to do so. He handed it back to the front desk and said go on with your day and promptly left, refusing to comply with with the request of the front desk agent to remove us from the premises.
After all of this, I decided to leave on my own accord, and go to another hotel hotel. I will be contacting IHG head office directly, contacting legal as this is a civil rights issue.
