Crowley's icon, Cajun way is illustrated both with its gumbos and with its Louisiana sausage. The opportunity for lunch in a typical family restaurant. On the menu: various gumbos and store, as well as the famous boudin, mixing meat and spicy rice. Nothing very chic, but a simple atmosphere, suitable when you are on the road.
