Located outside of Rayne, in the north of the village, this restaurant is a little away, but it is really worth the trip. Its smoked crayfish, typical of the region, are considered the best in the surrounding area. They are well cleaned, well cooked and perfectly seasoned. Hawk's is a safe value to test this traditional dish.
