EARL'S CAJUN MARKET

Very good Cajun grocery store with shelves full of products from the region (but also from general grocery). Perfect to enrich one's personal spices (which we did!) or to bring back tasty gifts. A butcher's counter also offers several specialties such as beef jerky, blood sausage and cracklins (we tasted them and they are excellent!), smoked sausages, boneless and stuffed chicken, meats for the barbecue, etc. Also on site: a deli area offering breakfasts, po-boys, burgers, etc. as well as daily specials.
