LAGNIAPPE RECORDS

This record store in downtown Lafayette is a nugget, probably one of the best independent addresses in Louisiana. The store sells mainly vinyl records, new or used, and uses a rating system according to the condition of the record (very useful to avoid bad surprises). All musical styles are represented, or almost, from French psychedelic pop to New Orleans brass band, rap, jazz orindie. The record shop also sells CDs, t-shirts with the effigy of Lagniappe Records, etc.
