I had a great stay, while I was in Lafayette on business. Other than two buses full of high school kids from Shreveport running up and down the hallways late into the night, there were no issues, and that issue wasn’t related to anything the hotel did, or didn’t do. I’ll be staying here in my future business trips to Lafayette.
I was pleasantly surprised staying. When I walked it I could smell all the cleaning products which made me happy. Lobby area quaint but nice. I received great customer service from the front desk attendants. Very friendly and engaging. The room was large and clean just need a little updated touches. Bed was comfortable. A few insects in the room but the weather was stormy when I visited. Parking is tight but ok. Location is about 8-10 mins from everything you may want to go - airport, mall, university campus, etc.
Hotel was nice and clean. Lots of light and surfaces in the room (2 queen bedroom). Near a lot of food options. Internet was reliable and worked with a VPN. Felt safe staying here as a single woman traveler. Used a tax exempt form for work and the staff knew was it was and didn't have any issues. They clean the rooms every day, no matter the length of stay. Honestly my main complaint is the tv channels. The tv is large but what's the point if I can't watch Seinfeld on comedy central. Breakfast options your standard hotel food. Fridge doesn't really have a freezer. Keurig machine in the room for coffee. Didn't use it but was pretty moldy in the water reservoir which seems standard for those machines. Comfortable bed/pillows
Very clean hotel and room. Great breakfast and the pancake machine was a hit with the kids! I wish the bed was a little softer but that's my only complaint.
Plenty of space for us to meet up in the lobby.
