If one could imagine that it is a fast-food pizzeria, one quickly realizes that there is much more behind Pizza Artista. And if the pizzas are so good it's because the dough is left to rest for two days, the products are fresh, some of them local. Not to mention the creativity of the owners, who have spent a lot of time creating original and very tasty recipes. If you want to try pizzas with local influences, five of them are inspired by Cajun cuisine. Other locations in Broussard, Baton Rouge and Lake Charles.
