A good old American diner with a pink flamingo as its emblem, frequented only by locals who like its no-frills burgers and its Texas size fried chicken steaks - that's right, huge. The restaurant also offers an amazing list of breakfast dishes, accompanied by a Bloody Mary, a mimosa or a Screwdriver (orange juice and vodka). Far from the rather classy restaurants of Lafayette, Hub City Diner cultivates a family atmosphere, finally rather nice for a meal without pretention.
