Located five minutes by car from downtown in a commercial area, this Hawaiian restaurant serves poke bowls, a very trendy specialty in the United States inspired by Hawaiian cuisine and revisited in Japanese. These are rice or salad bowls with protein (mostly raw fish), and all kinds of condiments. A good, healthy and cheap dish to take a healthy break between two Cajun recipes.
