Very pleasant staff, I always see them cleaning every day. It's right near the heart of the city, so everything is very accessible. Laundry machines on site is a plus. And they even decorated for the holidays! The only bad thing, they just took those decorations down :( Did I mention the staff is super respectful, a pleasure to interact with.

Currently staying on property. The entire building has had no cable service for 8 days and the staff show no concern or Empathy as they have no update daily. Fix this now !

Sheets were very poor in quality. They still had that very old carpet that had stains everywhere. It was a clean place, but you can tell you still had a very old field. The people were friendly. It is dog, friendly, except the exit doors are all exit only and you cannot come back in through those exit doors. You have to bring your dog back in through the lot. Very inconvenient especially when and if your dog is not other dog friendly. Expensive for the quality.
