Understand "dog" house, the house of the hot dog. And here they are a marvel of inventiveness, especially in the various types of sausages, for example with duck, deer, alligator, fried chicken or even crayfish. There are options for everything, like the Morning Dawg for breakfast, which is topped with a fried egg, bacon, cheese and maple syrup. The house also makes grilled cheese (called "melt") including one with smoked blood sausage, grilled onions and cheddar. A few cocktails and beers to top it all off.
