The staff here was great and tried hard to accommodate me, the room however, i had issues.
Room was clean but smelled like mildew. I had to purchase Febreeze and spray entire room to get it smelling decent.
The amenities were either missing or broken: missing iron, broken coffee maker, hairdryer blew and wouldn't work, wall outlet blew: so couldn't fix hair in mirror over the bathroom sink.
mattress on bed was terrible: hard, lumpy and sloped down.
minifridge was very noisy.
could hear thru the room walls other tenants.
no instruction on access to wifi or internet.
was not told breakfast times and that lacked luster, need better food selections!
rooms are very outdated: decor.
the hotel location was great: near stores and restaurants but not in the city, on outskirts.
I chose this place because it was close to the wedding i was attending, and last minute hotel availability.
if you are wanting a nice place to stay like a vacation...this aint it! if you just need a clean room and a clean place to shower...it will do!

Bath tubs are disgusting. Even the toilet seat is too dirty. If you are planning to stay in this hotel, don't forget to bring a comforter with you. There is nothing if you need it at night.

It's so frustrating when hotels jack up their prices during festivals. We had no other option but to book last night, even though it was overpriced. In between I like the color of the door as it’s one my fav one !

Prices are ridiculous beds are terrible everywhere not just here I travel with my work. I just can't believe how ridiculous hotel rooms have became they're nasty dirty still cuz nobody wants to work and they overpriced. What happened to continental breakfast nobody wants to work that's what happened to it. Makes me just want to stay home

The rooms are very clean, well maintained, nicely appointed and I love the flooring, which is now the look of wood planks, grey tones, vinyl. It's easy to clean with less germs/bacteria growth, as opposed to "nasty old" carpets. Each room has a small fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and of course a blow dryer, as most hotels/motels are standard. The the only thing the room is lacking are Port outlets for recharging cell phones and/or laptops. The desk is retro (which I personally like the look of) and is perfect for attending to quick business. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. A continental breakfast is available daily from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00am. I can't say enough good things about how pleasant the front desk staff has been! Very easy to work with, was able to assist in what was needed, with a smile on their faces. Carla and Aiona were top-notch! Centrally in the Covington/ Mandeville area. Being on a tight budget, it was just what I needed!

I'm only giving it one star because it want let me do no stars. I would not ever stay here again. The ac had old food and trash in it. The tv cable was broke. Stains on the chair. Burn spots on the cover. Ac didn't get cold. Coffee pot was nasty. The absolute worst stay ever.

La cama horrible súper duras si llegas de viaje cansado lo único que esperas es una buena cama pero aquí no la vas a encontrar son colchones viejos y súper duros ya les hace falta que cambien esos colchones ya que en vez de sentirse uno descansado se levanta uno peor hasta con dolor de espalda no lo comiendo si bienes cansado de un viaje sería lo peor quedarte aquí de la limpieza regular
