ABITA SPRINGS TRAILHEAD MUSEUM

This small, free museum, located just a stone's throw from Abita Brew Pub and the Tammany Trace, offers a great overview of the history of Abita Springs. From its origins as a Choctaw Indian settlement, through its golden age as a trendy resort destination, to the present day of local events and beer production, this history will be told to you by one of the museum's volunteers.
