I loved staying at the hotel. Rooms were very clean, perfect size and cozy. Very convenient location and walking distance to a lot of business in the area. Shawna was great and made the whole process very easy. I would definitely come back next time I'm in the area .
My husband and I stayed the last 2 nights. Love the house. And the room and bathroom were clean and smelled good. The bed was super comfy. And I LOVE the No pet policy. I have bad allergies and that's hard to find these days.
Super cozy rooms, very comfy beds. See below for more details on the rooms.
There are two bikes to borrow (first come first serve). They are really relax bikes which are in rather good condition although the chain should be cleaned (one of the bikes derailed and my hands were so dirty).
They don't offer breakfast but everything is in walking distance (<200 meters): pub, beer, pizza, cafe for breakfast. As well as the crazy mystery museum in which is totally worth spending $5.
My wife and I enjoyed our experience in the Twin Oaks King Suite. The hotel was quiet, and the suite was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the courtyard with the artesian spring. It is right in the middle of town next to the Tammany Trace Trail, Abita Brewpub, and Mystery House. We are already planning our next weekend getaway from the city at this hotel!
We had a great time at this beautiful place. Location is convenient to the Trace and Brew Pub. The room was comfortable and quiet and well supplied.. In contrast to the minimalist decor we had a view of the lush gardens and the natural spring. Plants and flowers under a giant oak are a treat for plant lovers. We will return for longer visit.
We loved every second of our time here. The courtyard apartment was lovely and immaculately clean. It was also really nice to be able to walk to local attractions and dining. In the evening, we spent some time enjoying cocktails in the courtyard. Can’t wait to come back!
Very nice place to stay while visiting Abita Springs. Excellent location right next to all the great spots to check out in town. You won't find a better place to book if you're planning on seeing anything around the Abita Springs area.
Rooms are spacious and clean while the design keeps a very homely feel. Staff was very friendly and helpful getting me in and out just for one night's stay, but I will definitely be looking to visit again and staying at this wonderful little hotel! Thanks again Gina!
Wonderful little gem of a hotel. Relaxing atmosphere and gorgeous rooms. Small boutique hotel worth the stop. The cafe near by is also good and has great coffee.
I loved the place. It allows you to be in contact with nature, it’s very peaceful and beautiful. It was impeccable in terms of cleanliness. I recommend it 150%! I had an unforgettable stay.
