SOGARA BEACH

The sea having gained much on the sand, the pretty beach of Sogara is regularly redone. Popular with Gabonese families at weekends, it has fine white sand to lay your towel on. You can swim in clean and transparent water and also practice water activities, such as catamaran or kitesurf. From the beach it is possible to see dolphins and humpback whales during the breeding season, from July to September. One of the few supervised beaches where there is not too much current.
