ISAAC NEIGHBOURHOOD

It is the popular district par excellence where a cosmopolitan population rubs shoulders and also the economic lung of the city. As soon as the day ends, the music invades the bars and the "discotheques", i.e. the small stands where one buys pirated records, and the maquis begin to serve drinks in an incessant movement of cars and pedestrians. People are chatting, laughing and dancing in all directions, sometimes until the early hours. However, animated by numerous shops, this district is also very lively during the day.
