CITY OF DEMOCRACY

Originally named City of 12-Mars, it was intended to receive the hosts of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) in 1977. It is made up of villas and numerous conference rooms, shows and banquets. The marble palace is the presidential residence. Today, the villas are used in part by companies there and the concert hall welcomes artists for private evenings during the year.
