A Libreville institution, this is the maquis everyone knows! People come here for their fish, beef, chicken or kidney menus, mainly to take away. Locals also love their tartar sauce, which goes very well with the dishes. As a side dish, you have a choice of rice, bananas, cassava leaves or eggplants. You can also sit down in a small air-conditioned room, which is often fully booked. The place isn't expensive and the food is very good. Despite the high number of customers, service is fast and efficient.

Careful, it is not a restaurant, just a counter which offers its take-away kebabs. The skewers are gouteuses and tender. But " tartare" sauce; who accompanies them is not very attractive and does not bring kidney. The room, located next to the kitchen, is frankly room. But you can TARTARE SAUCE, to wear and not eat in.
