A Libreville institution, this is the maquis everyone knows! People come here for their fish, beef, chicken or kidney menus, mainly to take away. Locals also love their tartar sauce, which goes very well with the dishes. As a side dish, you have a choice of rice, bananas, cassava leaves or eggplants. Careful, it is not a restaurant, just a counter which offers its take-away kebabs. The skewers are gouteuses and tender.
